Mangal Industries Limited, Manufacturer of Mangal Cement has re-emphasized its commitment to delivering high quality, durable and reliable cement solutions for construction of projects of all sizes in Nigeria.

The general manager, Sales and Marketing, Omowunmi Goriola Oduguwa stated this at the Stakeholders Engagement Forum (NorthCentral) held at the Villa Grande Hotel, Kwang Road, Rayfield, Jos.

Our correspondent reports that over 50 block molders who are the end users of Mangal cement attended the Forum

with the theme: “Building Stronger Partnership, Quality Trading Solution and Value for Money’

The participants were sensitised on the best practices of producing quality blocks for their respective customers in the zone.

According to her, the essence of the engagement is to partner with the block molders who are the end users with a view to bring them closer to the company so that their brand Mangal Cement will be projected to the larger population.

“We expect that at the end of this engagement they will apply what they have learnt for their block production and to curtail sharp practices. Going forward, we urged them to continue to use the Mangal Cement brand because it was tested and trusted.

The GM also maintained that they have been operating for over a year now adding that the company has segments in the market and they have not really engaged the end users to their satisfaction to take feedback from them.

“We felt that it would be ideal to have this forum per region, two states in each of the regions to rub minds and to reaffirm our commitment to quality and innovation.

We trained the end users on best practices and standards. That is why we went into collaboration with Standard Organisation of Nigeria (SON) and the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) “

This forum brings together key Industry stakeholders, end users, regulators, and technical experts to engage in productive dialogue and knowledge-sharing around quality, standards, and performance in cement manufacturing and application,” she said.
