According to Croatia’s state news agency Hina, which cited police sources, rescuers recovered the bodies of four people from the crash site, while search operations continued for two other occupants believed to have been on board the aircraft.

Police said emergency services were deployed immediately to the scene to conduct rescue and recovery efforts.

As of the time of filing this report, the exact cause of the crash had not been determined, and authorities had yet to release details about the victims.

Officials from the Istrian police were not immediately available for further comment.
