Pam is an international lawyer and anti-corruption expert.

Mutfwang, in a press statement issued by his director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr Gyang Bere, said the appointment was a fitting recognition of Pam’s exceptional professional competence, impeccable integrity, unwavering commitment to justice, accountability, transparency and the rule of law.

He noted that these enduring qualities had earned him widespread recognition within the global development and governance community.

The governor observed that Pam’s career spans several prestigious international and national institutions, including the United Nations, the African Development Bank, the International Criminal Court, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), and the World Bank Group.

According to the governor, this extensive wealth of experience has equipped him with the expertise, vision, and leadership required to successfully undertake the strategic responsibility entrusted to him.
