NEO Homes has organised its first-ever Live Negotiation Dinner, “Dine into ROI,” providing investors with the opportunity to own properties at prices that fit their budgets.

The event, which took place on Saturday, March 1 in Abuja, brought together investors, real estate professionals, and key stakeholders to discuss property investment opportunities.

The initiative was designed to create a more flexible and accessible way for clients to invest in real estate.

Attendees had the chance to bid for properties at exclusive prices, significantly lower than market rates, while also gaining insights into the long-term value of their investments.

Speaking at the event, NEO Homes CEO/MD, Chukwuemeka Obiazikwor, emphasised the importance of educating potential buyers and simplifying complex real estate terms to encourage more investments.

“Real estate should not be complicated. With this initiative, we are not only making properties more affordable but also ensuring investors understand the true value of what they are buying.

We want to give them the confidence to make informed decisions,” Obiazikwor said.
