Newly released footage has shed light on Kelly Clarkson’s visit to a Brooklyn shop, where the singer was involved in a dispute over a mechanical bird sculpture.

The four-minute, 50-second silent video, obtained by independent journalist Pablo Torre and shared on Tuesday, October 13, shows Clarkson browsing items in the store on October 10.

At one point, the 44-year-old picks up what appears to be a kaleidoscope and looks through it before moving around the shop. She is later seen examining a mechanical bird sculpture and speaking with an employee whom Torre identified as one of the store’s owners.
Brooklyn Store Says Kelly Clarkson Spent Just Five Minutes Shopping
After the brief exchange, the employee appears to point towards another part of the shop as Clarkson turns her attention to a different item.
The footage later shows the Stronger singer walking towards the exit before turning back and gesturing towards the owner, while two other employees watch. External camera footage also captures her taking out her phone as she leaves.
According to Torre, the sculpture, known as Molly, is used as an opening act for close-up magic shows held at the shop after hours. He also said the piece was drilled into the wall.
The footage reportedly shows that Clarkson’s October 10 post on X about her shopping experience went live just 15 minutes after the interaction.
