The forum is a purpose-driven platform aimed at delivering real change for regional prosperity and wealth creation through African-led local content development.

At the heart of this historic partnership are three visionary leaders committed to shaping Africa’s energy destiny: Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, executive secretary of NCDMB, Ms. Emeafa Hardcastle, CEO of the Petroleum Commission Ghana and AOW:Energy CEO, Mr Paul Sinclair.

Together with AOW:Energy, they are championing a shared mission to catalyze African capacity and content inter-regionally, accelerate job creation across the continent, support diversity and inclusion for a balanced workforce,  and sustainable prosperity through homegrown talent and enterprise.

We believe in an Africa where value is created, retained, and celebrated within our own borders, said the partners in a joint declaration. “This partnership is a unified step toward building a continent where African content is not the exception, but the standard.
