Nigeria Media Nite Award Set For 19th Edition In Lagos

Preparations are well underway for the 19th edition of the Nigeria Media Nite Award (NMNA), an esteemed event that has become a hallmark of excellence in Nigeria’s media landscape. The awards ceremony is set to take place on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, at the B Event Hall, Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.

With a reputation for recognising outstanding journalists, broadcasters, publishers, and media executives, the NMNA has established itself as a significant platform for celebrating professionalism and contributions that have significantly impacted communication in Nigeria. Now entering its 19th year, the NMNA continues to inspire media practitioners nationwide and has gained respect among policymakers, corporate leaders, and industry stakeholders who acknowledge the media’s essential role in national growth.

This year’s event, according to organisers, promises to be spectacular, attracting a host of dignitaries, industry leaders, and influential personalities from various sectors. Hon. Yazeed Shehu Danfulani, the managing director and chief executive officer of the Nigeria Agriculture Insurance Corporation (NAIC), will serve as the evening’s Guest Speaker. The event will also be attended by Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, as the Special Guest of Honour, and Hon. Dr. Bello Matawalle, the Minister of State for Defence, Federal Republic of Nigeria, as the Special Guest.
