This highly anticipated event, held at the Park Expo & Conference Center, brought together top-tier pastry chefs and bakers from across the globe to showcase their exceptional skills in a variety of categories.
PastryCon is known for its thrilling live competition, where chefs go head-to-head in categories such as ice cream, gelato, chocolatiers, intricate cakes, and plated desserts. Favour Ikedinma stood out with her intricate cake designs, combining artistry with technical expertise.
