A group under the auspices of Northern Christian Youth Professionals NCYP) has said it would work to convince five million voters in the region to vote All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima, to win the 2023 polls.
NCYP chairman, Isaac Abrak, who spoke with journalists in Kaduna after the APC North West zonal rally, described Tinubu as the best presidential candidate to transform Nigeria.
Abrak, said his group has since swung into action to mobilise and sensitize northern voters on the need to vote massively for Tinubu:” We are campaigning for Ahmed Bola Tinubu in all the Northern states and FCT on the need for voters to vote massively for APC presidential candidate in 2023 polls. We believe after our campaign five million voters will vote for Tinubu”
“Tinubu has mastered the art of good governance. The insecurity will be a thing of the past under Tinubu. He will transform the agricultural sector for millions of youths to be employed directly or indirectly. We believe Tinubu is going to create forest guards. The youths will be recruited into the forest guards to tackle insecurity. Our moribund textiles in the North will bounce back under Tinubu’s administration if voted into power.
Abrak added:” Tinubu will bring in intellectuals to transform Nigeria just like what he did in Lagos” he said.
