According to reports, Awosanmi is attracting interest from former Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, Rangers.

Awosanmi had an impressive 2024-25 NPFL campaign despite Sunshine Stars’ relegation.
The energetic midfielder registered five goals in 21 appearances for the Akure club last season.
He joined the Owena Waves from Akure City FC in 2021.
