Goalkeeper Yusuf Mohammed has returned to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Katsina United for the 2025-26 season.
Mohammed was on the books of Katsina United during the 2023-24 season and rejoined the Chanji Boys from Niger Tornadoes. He featured regularly for Niger Tornadoes in the NPFL last season, competing with Joshua Enaholo for the number one position in Majin Mohammed’s side.
Mohammed is expected to be the first-choice goalkeeper for Katsina United next season following the departure of Central African Republic goalkeeper Alladoum Kolimba.
