A renowned philanthropist and chairman of Seman Global Project, Amb. Maxwell Stephen Nweze, Toslad CEO, Mr. Tosin Ladejobi and others have bought 100 tickets for the students of the University of Abuja to participate in the upcoming Comedy and Lifestyle show.
The show is being hosted by renowned entertainer, Osazee Samuel Aikhionbare, known by his stage name “MC Papi,” at Transcorp Hilton Hotel Abuja on October 27.
The free tickets were courtesy of renowned philanthropist and chairman of Seman Global Project Amb. Maxwell Stephen Nweze and Toslad CEO, Mr. Tosin Ladejobi, respectively who bought 50 each for the students.
Also, billionaire Bambi joined the fray on Friday by offering the students an undisclosed number of VIP tickets.
He said this is part of his contribution to supporting the comedy show and boosting entertainment in the Abuja landscape. He is known for his firm support of the growth and entertainment industry in Abuja and its environs.
Top celebrities are expected to grace the show colourfully.
Among those expected include, Skales, Gandoki, Real Warripikin, Josh2Funny, MC Monica, Craze Clown, Ushbebe, MC Bob, Funny Urch, Danny Spry, Wafi, Mazi Prospa, Funny Rasaq, MC, Miti, Job Legend and more.
MC Papi has recently positioned himself as a force to reckon with in the industry, taking entertainment to a different new level.
Earlier in the year, he had a successful comedy tour across various European countries, where he interacted with Nigerian communities.
The tour, which saw him perform in countries like Germany, Berlin and Frankfurt, was seen as a public relations strategy to market the country and its abundant talents.
It was a soft approach towards strengthening collaborations among critical stakeholders in the entertainment sector in those countries and Nigeria.
