Security has been beefed up at the Daura residence of the late former President Muhammadu Buhari ahead of his burial rites on Tuesday.
A combined team of security personnel, including operatives from the Nigerian Army, Police, and Department of State Services (DSS), has been deployed to the area.
As early as 8:00am, security operatives barricaded all entry points to the residence, restricting access to authorised persons only.
The heightened presence aims to ensure order and safety during the solemn proceedings.
