The Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed that the draw ceremony for the national competition of the 2026 President Federation Cup will hold on Friday at the NFF Secretariat in Abuja.
The draw follows the conclusion of the national play-off matches, which saw four teams eliminated from the women’s competition and six sides crash out of the men’s category.
A total of 32 teams will compete in the women’s national tournament, while 64 teams will battle for honours in the men’s competition.
Defending champions Kwara United headline the men’s field alongside notable clubs including Shooting Stars, Rangers International, Bendel Insurance, Rivers United, Nasarawa United, Ikorodu City and Barau FC.
In the women’s category, reigning champions Rivers Angels will face competition from leading sides such as Nasarawa Amazons, FC Robo Queens, Bayelsa Queens, Ibom Angels and Naija Ratels.
The national competition is expected to produce thrilling fixtures as clubs from across the federation battle for domestic cup glory.
