Rising Nigerian singer Chimamanda Pearl Chukwuma, popularly known as Qing Madi has revealed how she lost followers by preaching Jesus Christ on her social media accounts.

The artist, known for hits like “American Love,” shared this news on her Instagram account, expressing that her faith-driven content led to a substantial loss of followers.

The artist expressed her sentiments about the situation, making it clear that she remains unfazed by the loss.

Despite the significant drop in followers, Qing Madi stated she has no regrets about publicly sharing her faith.

The ‘American Love’ crooner went on to convey that her commitment to sharing her faith outweighs any social media metrics.

Qing Madi gained prominence after her 2022 single ‘See Finish’ and its 2023 follow-up, ‘Ole’ featuring BNXN went viral on TikTok.

She currently has nearly half a million followers on Instagram.

Meanwhile the artist has expressed her aspirations to collaborate with some of Nigeria’s biggest music stars, including Wizkid and Burna Boy.
