Golden Terra Soya Oil has launched a Ramadan-themed campaign encouraging Nigerians to embrace healthy cooking and acts of kindness throughout the holy month.
In a statement, the company said the campaign, themed “Pour Pure Love,” is designed to highlight the significance of shared meals, generosity, and well-being during Ramadan.
It noted that the holy month is marked by reflection, charity, and communal living, as families gather for Sahoor and Iftar, while also extending support to the less privileged through Sadaqah and Zakat al-Fitr.
The firm stated that beyond the social and spiritual aspects of Ramadan, there is also increased awareness around nutrition, as fasting Muslims become more mindful of meals that restore strength and support overall health.
Executive director at TGI Group, Deepanjan Roy, said the company is committed to contributing to the well-being of communities through its products and initiatives. “As a Group, we believe brands have a responsibility to go beyond products and contribute meaningfully to the well-being of the communities they serve.
Through Golden Terra, our goal this Ramadan is to inspire families to pour pure love by making healthier cooking choices and by sharing meals and moments of care with those around them,” Roy said.
Similarly, the Chief Marketing Officer at TGI Group, Probal Bhattacharya, described the campaign message as inspired by the everyday care consumers demonstrate in their kitchens.
“‘Pure Love’ is a message inspired by the care we see from our consumers, from preparing Sahoor to making nourishing dishes for Iftar. These meals are acts of love for self, family, and friends,” he said.
Golden Terra said the campaign encourages families to make healthier food choices by using wholesome and heart-healthy ingredients in meal preparation.
