The National Leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, has extended warm wishes to the Muslim Ummah on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan.
In a goodwill message he shared on his X handle, Kwankwaso prayed that the sacred month would bring abundant blessings and mercy to Muslims across Nigeria and beyond.
He expressed hope that Ramadan would envelop the hearts of the faithful with tranquility, draw them closer to Allah, purify their intentions, and fill their homes with peace and joy.
“May this month envelop our hearts with tranquility, draw us closer to Allah, purify our intentions, and fill our homes with peace and joy. Ramadan Mubarak,” he stated.
Kwankwaso urged Muslims to use the period of fasting, prayer, and reflection to strengthen their faith, promote unity, and extend acts of kindness and charity to the less privileged in society.
Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, is observed by Muslims worldwide as a period of fasting, prayer, and spiritual rejuvenation.
End.
