Salah’s Arrival Will Create Space, Boost Onuachu’s Goal Tally-Güral

Former Trabzonspor forward Emre Güral has predicted that Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu will benefit significantly from Mohamed Salah’s signing, with opposing defenses expected to focus on the Egyptian and open up scoring chances for the Nigerian.

Salah joined the Turkish club on a two-year deal Thursday after his Liverpool contract expired. Speaking to Turkiyegazetesi, Güral said Onuachu will receive the ball in new ways and find more room inside the box.

“Onuachu is a very good striker with consistency in scoring goals,” Güral said, adding that Salah’s attacking threat will force opponents to take precautions, inadvertently freeing up space for his strike partner.
