Silverbird Film Distribution Premieres Fast X

Silverbird Film Distribution West Africa Limited premiered the latest Fast and Furious franchise Fast X recently in Lagos.

The highly anticipated movie screened at the Silverbird Galleria and currently showing in cinemas nationwide.

Fast and Furious continues Dominic (Dom) Toretto and his family who over many missions and against all odds have outsmarted and outdriven all their foes. In Fast and Furious: Fast X Dom and hid family and friends confront the most lethal opponent they’ve ever faced. Fueled by revenge, a terrifying threat emerges from the shadows of the past to shatter Dom’s world and destroy everything and everyone he loves.

The two hours, twenty-one minutes movie is directed by Louis Leterrier, and spots a rich cast led by Vin Diesel (Dom Toretto), Jason Momoa, Rita Moreno, Jason Statham, John Cena, Tyrese Gibbon, Charlize Theron, Alan Ritchson, Michelle Rodriguez, Brie Larson, Sung Kang and others.

The excited audience at the premiere remain glued to their seats till late evening to see teasers of the next movie in the franchise.

Speaking of the premiere, General Manager, Silverbird Film Distribution West Africa Limited, Roseanna George-Hart said, “Fast and Furious has been a successful commercial franchise for over 21 years and the expectations are higher. Silverbird’s Key Account Manager, Moses Agochukwu noted that the premiere was all about Fast and Furious urging all movie lovers to go watch the title.

“We are pioneers in movie distribution in West Africa. We started the game before others came into it. We are proud to be pioneers of this sector of entertainment. We are projecting at least a billion naira from the box office, although it’s a dynamic market,” said Agochukwu.

Partnering with Silverbird to screen Fast X are Infinix, JAC Motors, Rite Foods, Nescafe and Small Chops.
