Nollywood actor and former Big Brother Africa Season 9 housemate, Akintayo Faniran, has spoken about filming romantic scenes in movies, saying professionalism is important when working on intimate roles.
The actor made the disclosure during an interview with Oyinmomo TV while responding to questions about his romantic scenes with Iyabo Ojo in the movie ‘Labake Olododo’.
Reacting to claims that their on-screen chemistry appeared very real, Faniran admitted that Iyabo Ojo is an attractive woman but stressed that their relationship remained respectful and strictly professional.
According to him, actors are simply carrying out their duties when filming such scenes.
Faniran also recalled a past experience while working with Shaffy Bello on the television series Tinsel, revealing that he struggled with an intimate scene because her grown children were present on set.
He explained that at the time, he was not as professional as he is now and felt uncomfortable acting intimately in front of her children.
