Tiwa Savage, Ayra Starr & Young Jonn Stamina Released On YouTube

The music video Stamina by Tiwa Savage and featuring Ayra Starr and Young Jonn dropped on Youtube on April 12.

Released by Savage on her Youtube platform, the three minutes song, is a deliberate double entendre whose chorus ‘so many things I can do to you, if only you give me the permission to, give me the permission to, show you the thing I carry’ can mean a sexual innuendo or a dare to display one’s less-sexual but higher value.

Typical of a video shot by Clarence, the setting is bright, colourful and overall picturesque – with its harmony of pinks, greens and yellow and white. One problematic thing in the video though is the featuring of a child, a young girl, acting in a sensuous manner. It is all kinds of wrong – what with the way she sits, the sensuous movement and look she is ‘meant’ to wear at very odds with her obvious young age and zero knowledge.

The song is already trending at #11 on Youtube music a day after its release with about 1,176,059 views.
