Two Nigerian Referees Appointed For WAFU-B U-20 Tournament

Nigerian referees Salisu Basheer and Abdul Majeed Usman have been named among the officials for the upcoming WAFU Zone B U-20 Boys’ Cup, scheduled to hold in Ghana from July 10 to 23.

The duo were selected by the West African Football Union (WAFU), alongside 12 other officials, bringing the total number of match officials to 14.

The list features seven referees and seven assistant referees, with each of the participating countries contributing two officials to promote fairness and inclusivity.

Benin Republic: Ahomlanto Dedjinnanchi Tanislas, Kouton Gbemassiandan

Burkina Faso: Nikiema Jacqueline, Traore Daouda
