The State of SCNRFP (The Southern Cherokee Nation and The Red Fire People) in the USA have appointed Dr. Abubakar Tanko Bala, the national treasurer for the National Association of Small-Scale Industries (NASSI), as its emissary to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The prime minister of SCNPFP, Chief Gees-Due OO-Neh-Gah Usti, who signed the letter of appointment dated September 4, 2025, on Bala’s appointment urged him to accept all the duties, responsibilities and obligations of the SCNPFP indigenous people in Nigeria.
“The Theocracy Government of The State of SCNRFP wishes Honourable Emissary Dr. Abubakar Tanko Bala the best in his
mission on behalf of the State of SCNRFP and will afford all such support as is required to carry out the duties of an Hon. Emissary of The State of SCNRFP in accordance with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, the appointment letter stated.
The State of SCNPFP, an International Independent Recognized Sovereign Neutral Nation and State, is a Theocracy Government located within the SCNPFP recognized sovereign jurisdictions and sovereign boundaries, global foreign diplomatic offices, and foreign territories under international diplomacy agreements, international accords, and foreign capital.
