WAFU U-20 Championship: Flying Eagles hold first training in Ikenne

The Flying Eagles of Nigeria had a feel of the Remo Stars Stadium on Tuesday as they started their final preparation for the WAFU B U-20 Championship.

According to the team’s media officer, Sharif Abdallah, all the players took part in the exercise which lasted for around two hours.

The session was supervised by head coach, Aliyu Zubairu.

The Flying Eagles will stay in Ikenne for one week before travelling to Lome for the WAFU Championship.
The defending champions are drawn in Group B with Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire.
