The All Progressives Congress (APC) North West zone has said it is prepared to tackle any misinformation being created by the opposition to de-market President Bola Tinubu and the ruling party ahead of 2027 elections.
In a statement issued by APC North West zonal publicity secretary, Musa Mailafiya Mada yesterday after its maiden meeting in Kaduna, the APC promised to give Tinubu and the party’s candidates the highest votes in 2027 general elections.
The statement said, “The meeting was chaired by the national vice chairman Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad.
The meeting focused on taking majors that will make the zone sustain it’s leading position of producing the highest number of votes for any candidate that emerges the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria since 1999”
“The meeting agreed to collaborate with all critical stakeholders of the party in the Zone to ensure total victory for all the party’s candidates ahead of 2027, general elections, especially, President Tinubu, the seven state governors from the zone whom are all members of the party, as well as the National and State Assembly members.
“The Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad led zonal executive officials adopted a campaign of facts as the models through which the party will be advocated. This is a process where Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be advocated based on the dividends of democracy it provides the North West geopolitical Zone, ranging from infrastructure, education, health, security and various developmental programs being carried out by the North West Development Commission which is a creation of President Tinubu-led administration, among others”
“The zone also insists on maintaining the existing peaceful atmosphere that kept the party united and vowed to remain vigilant in mending any foreseeable crack that may emerge in the cause of the upcoming build up to the 2027 general elections” the party said.
