Tech Startup Founder, Ossi Bags Emerging Leader Award In Dubai

Nigerian-born founder of Career Ready Pro, Oyindamola Ossi has won the Best Emerging Leader in a recent award ceremony organized in Dubai by Inspire Leadership Global Awards.

Ossi received her award from Sheikh Majid Rashid Al Mualla of the Umm Al Quwain UAE royal family during the Awards ceremony.

The ceremony was held on the 20th of January 2023 at DoubleTree by Hilton in Dubai, where various renowned industry leaders were recognized and appreciated for their service to their various industries.

Ossi got the award on the wings of her startup Career Ready Pro and her contribution to the upskilling and development of African talents in the tech ecosystem. Career Ready Pro is a digital Career Resource Platform dedicated to equip and empower ambitious professionals in Africa, The Middle East, and Europe with in-demand skills and resources to unleash their career potential, land their desired jobs, and thrive in the global world of work.

Under Oyindamola’s leadership, the company founded in 2021 has been working exponentially to help ambitious professionals maximize their skills, leverage in-demand digital skills to land tech jobs, and achieve their personal and professional growth objectives.
