‘The Bloom Conversation With Sola’, just wrapped its second edition with thirty-five corporate in attendance.
Founded by Oluwasola Obagbemi, the event is aimed at providing a shared space for women in the corporate world to share their stories, learn practical strategies as well as valuable insights to enable them bloom in any aspect of their lives.
The first edition which convened 3o corporate women with speakers Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, Folake Sanu, Folake Soetan and Nkiru Olumide-Ojo, sharing insights on how to navigate life’s challenges with strength, resilience and grace.
The second edition dug a little deeper to ‘tackle unspoken questions women often face, build resilience and foster a network of support where women can openly share and grow together.
“Traditional conferences, summits and webinars often lack the intimacy required for vulnerability and actionable problem-solving. The Bloom Conversations with Sola breaks those barriers, creating a space where women can connect, share and win together,” said founder Obagbemi.
Speakers at the second edition, which took place at Providus Bank building, in Lekki, Lagos, included CEO of Ikeja Electric, Folake Soetan who proffered practical guidance on personal development in the workshop, goal setting and nurturing relationships across life’s domain; and CEO of Wakanow, Adenike Macaulay, who shares her experiences on building workplace allies, achieving balance, and investing in self-growth.
Together with Obagbemi they provided participants actionable insights to enable overcome challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
