Kebbi APC Holds Unity Rally For Tinubu/Kaura

A Unity Rally in support of President Bola Tinubu, Governor Nasir Idris and the entire members across the board was organised by the Kebbi State chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) yesterday.

Speaking during the rally held at Haliru Abdu Stadium in Birnin Kebbi, Governor Nasir Idris said Kebbi is an APC state and its entire people were in total support for President Tinubu come 2027.

He said, “Today I am happy that our former governors, serving ministers, senators, national and state assembly members as well as supporters from 3,743 polling units across Kebbi State are in the stadium to show their total support for Tinubu and Kaura in 2027. The mammoth crowd today can attest that Kebbi is an APC State and willing to vote for Tinubu and Idris in next year’s general elections.”

He thanked all who travelled from afar to grace the gathering.

Governor Idris urged APC members to continue to support the present administration under President Tinubu for dividends of democracy that impact their livelihood.

The governor also expressed support for the party to conduct primary elections or consensus as directed by the president.

National organising secretary of the APC, Suleiman Muhammed Argungu Jarman Kabi said the party was ready to conduct primary elections as contained in the Electoral Act.
