Organisers of Abuja Real Estate Awards (ARE Awards) 2.0 have named NeoHomes Limited as Emerging Sites and Services Company of the Year.

The award was presented during the ARE Awards Fireside Chat 3.0 and recognises organisations that have shown growth, operational performance and commitment to quality in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

Organisers said the recognition reflects NeoHomes’ performance over the past three years.

Since its establishment, the company says it has sold more than 450 plots across 16 residential and investment estates and has served over 300 investors and homeowners.

NeoHomes’ chief executive, Chukwuemeka Obiazkwor, said the award highlights a broader challenge in Nigeria’s housing market. “Nigeria’s housing gap is not simply a supply problem.

It is a trust problem,” he said, adding that the recognition reflects market appreciation for firms that prioritise integrity, transparency and customer confidence.

Industry observers said transparency, quality infrastructure and long-term planning remain important drivers of sustainable growth in Nigeria’s real estate sector.

“Nigeria’s housing gap is not simply a supply problem. It is a trust problem,” he said. “What we have been building at NeoHomes is not just property, but confidence in real estate investment.”

He noted that the award reflects growing market appreciation for firms that prioritise integrity, transparency, and customer confidence.

The company stated that its operational philosophy, “Peace Beyond Shelter,” is centred on promoting accessible land ownership and structured development within key urban growth corridors.

Industry observers maintain that transparency, quality infrastructure, and long-term planning remain critical drivers of sustainable growth in Nigeria’s real estate industry.

NeoHomes described the award as a significant milestone in its corporate journey and a reflection of its ambition to play a greater role in shaping the future of property development in Nigeria
