Nilayo Sports Management Limited, Africa’s leading sports management and marketing firm and organisers of the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon, is delighted to announce that the official distribution of medals has begun for runners who did not receive theirs on race day.

This initiative officially started on Friday, 13th March 2026, across three strategic locations in Lagos, and is scheduled to continue until Sunday, 15th March 2026. This coordinated effort aims to address the concerns of the running community and fulfil the firm promise made by the organisers to ensure every legitimate participant is duly recognised for their achievement.

To ensure a smooth and convenient experience, the distribution centres have been established with the following specific operating hours:

PUMA Store Locations (Circle Mall, Jakande, Lekki Phase 2 & Ikeja City Mall)

Marathon Office (Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere)

“We understand the value each runner places on their medal as a symbol of their endurance and dedication,” said Yetunde Olopade, Managing Director of Nilayo Sports Management Limited. “Following the massive surge of registrants for our most recent edition, our priority has been to ensure that every athlete who crossed the finish line legitimately receives their well-deserved reward.”

Runners are encouraged to visit their preferred designated collection point during these hours to pick up their medals. This exercise underscores Nilayo Sports Management’s commitment to maintaining excellent professional standards and providing memorable experiences for the thousands of participants who make the Access Bank Lagos City Marathon Africa’s strongest marathon brand.
