He urges them to imbibe the values of sacrifice and duty that is necessary to build the nation of our dream, according to a statement that was signed by the spokesman of the Nigeria Customs Service.
Adeniyi said “I wish to advise that we come together, united as one, to celebrate the spirit of Eid-el-Adha by sharing the joyous moments with our loved ones and taking time to appreciate the blessings we have been granted.”

He encouraged all officers and men to use this season for reflection on the sacred responsibilities which God has placed on them to serve as catalysts in Nigerian economic growth and development. He admonished them to demonstrate the importance of compassion and generosity, not only towards their immediate family and friends but also to those in need.

In the Sallah message, the CG reiterated commitment to implementing pragmatic steps that will shape a brighter future predicated on the safety, security and economic stability of our dear nation. Amidst the demands of such duties, the CGC harps on the need to reflect on the significance of this festive season.
