Aisha Galadima, a political associate of the immediate past governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has been arrested by the Department of Security Services (DSS) in Kaduna.
Her arrest is linked to a post on her Facebook page, criticising Governor Uba Sani.

Governor Sani had recently disclosed the heavy debt burden left by his predecessor.
The female politician was reportedly picked up by the operatives from her Tudun Wada residence, Kaduna yesterday afternoon.

Her arrest, which was confirmed by one of her brothers in a telephone conversation with an online platform, said, “Aisha has just been arrested by the DSS at her Tudun Wada residence in Kaduna.”

But efforts by LEADERSHIP to confirm her arrest from the DSS were not successful as of the time of filing this report last night.
