The apex court on Friday affirmed both governors as the duly elected governors of their states.

In his congratulatory message, Egbe stated that the Supreme Court, with its decision, has rekindled the hope of the common man in the judiciary, saying both Lawal and Muftwang were not only passionate about developing their states but lovers of youths.

He said their victory in the highest court of the land will now enable them to concentrate and deliver dividends of democracy to the citizens of their states, respectively.

“I’m highly excited with the judgement of the Supreme Court affirming the victory of Lawal and Muftwang. Both men are lovers of youth and sports friendly.

“The apex court by this decision has shown that it is the last hope of the common man and that our judiciary is truly independent.

“Now that the election case has been settled, I m sure Govs. Lawal and Muftwang will swing into action. Monimichelle is ready to partner both Zamfara, Plateau and other states in the country in the area of sports development,” Egbe stated.
