Real estate firm T Pumpy Concept Limited has called on Christians to embrace the Lenten season as a period of reflection, sacrifice and spiritual renewal, while linking the virtues of the season to everyday business conduct.
In a statement issued by the company’s Managing Director, Akintayo Adaralegbe, the firm encouraged Christians to use the solemn season to deepen their devotion, practice self-discipline and demonstrate compassion.
Adaralegbe described Lent as a time that calls for renewed commitment to godly living, noting that the season goes beyond fasting and abstinence.
“Lent is a season that strengthens character, promotes accountability and inspires love for one’s neighbour. The virtues of integrity, fairness, humility and service central to the Lenten message—are equally vital in everyday life and business relationships,” he said.
The Managing Director stated that these enduring values shape the philosophy and operations of T Pumpy Concept Limited, which remains committed to delivering genuine, accessible and affordable real estate opportunities.
“Owning property is not merely a financial decision but a strategic step toward security, dignity and generational prosperity,” Adaralegbe said.
In keeping with the spirit of the season, the company reassured Nigerians that its properties in Ilorin, Kwara State; Ibadan, Oyo State; and Abuja particularly in Lugbe, Idu and Karsana within the Federal Capital Territory would continue to be reasonably priced despite prevailing economic challenges.
Drawing a parallel between faith and investment, the Managing Director observed that both require patience, foresight and deliberate planning.
He urged Christians to use the Lenten period to pray for Nigeria, foster unity and strengthen community bonds.
“We extend warm greetings and heartfelt goodwill to the Christian faithful across Nigeria as they commence this sacred season,” Adaralegbe said.
Lent, which began on Ash Wednesday, is observed by Christians worldwide as a 40-day period of preparation leading up to Easter Sunday. The season traditionally involves prayer, fasting, almsgiving and repentance.
