Speaking further, he charged the youth to desist from illicit drug intake which is capable of destroying their future.
He said drug abuse has a cost effect on abusers who engage in armed robbery, terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and rape, for no one engaging in such nefarious activities do so with clear eyes but under the influence of drugs.
He also commended the leadership of the NDLEA for their dexterous effort in curbing this menace hoping it will yield the desired result.

After being well fed and empowered with some amount of money for participation, they were charged to go back home and spread the gospel of the war against drug abuse.
