Firm Launches Innovative Car Hailing Service In Abuja

An IT firm 23 Technologies, has officially unveiled the company’s innovative car hailing service, 23 Ride, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The company aims to differentiate itself by addressing the specific needs of drivers and passengers, offering better maintained cars, generous driver benefits, and lower fares for customers.

With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, 23 Ride is set to redefine the ride hailing experience in Nigeria.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, yesterday, the company emphasised the importance of transparency and security in transportation, assuring customers that they will have complete visibility into their drivers’ identities at all times.

The company said 23 Ride, aims to provide accessible, affordable, and secure cab and logistics services to residents of Abuja, addressing concerns such as ‘one chance’ incidents and kidnapping.

According to Mr. Kingsley Nzewuji, General Manager of 23 Ride, “We are not just another ride-hailing service. We are a movement aimed at uplifting the standards of urban mobility. Our focus on driver welfare and customer satisfaction sets us apart.”

He added, “We believe that by paying attention to the core aspects of safety, quality, and value, we can set a new standard in the ride-hailing industry in Nigeria.”

Chief Peter Ozoagu, Company Secretary/Legal Adviser, assured that the organization would comply with all concerned authorities to ensure the security, safety, and gratification of its subscribers. “We are in compliance with regulatory agencies and organizations like EFCC, FCTA, AUATON, FAN, and others,” he said.
