T.Pumpy Concept Nigeria Limited, a leading real estate firm, has launched a Mega City project to provide affordable housing for over 5,000 households in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja, the Managing Director/CEO of T.Pumpy Concept, Akintayo Adaralegbe, said the project, located in Apo by Gude, will be the company’s largest estate development to date.

According to him, the Mega City will feature modern infrastructure, including an artificial lake, forest, and a polo ground, setting it apart from other estates.

The lands come with a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) from the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), ensuring buyers can begin construction immediately after allocation.

“In 2024, we started moving from the suburbs to the real Abuja city, and this Mega City is our biggest project yet. We have consulted experts, including those who designed the Abuja Master Plan, to ensure compliance with government regulations while introducing innovative features,” Adaralegbe said.

He noted that the estate, spanning 500 hectares, will offer 24/7 electricity and cater to low- and middle-income earners, with plots starting from N2.5 million. Buyers can acquire land sizes of 500, 300, or 200 square meters under a flexible three-month payment plan.

As part of a special pre-launch promotion in the spirit of Ramadan and Easter, discounted sales will run from March 31 to April 17, ahead of the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for November.

Adaralegbe assured prospective homeowners that the Mega City would provide a secure and well-planned living environment, with construction set to begin immediately after the launch.
