First HoldCo PLC has announced an amendment to the notice of its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held virtually on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via https://firstholdco.com/agm-2026-live.

In a statement to the Nigerian Exchange Limited, shareholders, and other stakeholders, the company said the AGM agenda has been revised, with the deletion of resolution 2b, which earlier proposed the re-election of Dr Julius B. Omodayo Owotuga.

The company also stated that Note 5 to the notice has been updated to reflect the adjustment arising from the deletion.

Following the amendment, the ordinary business to be considered at the AGM now includes receiving the company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, along with the reports of the directors, auditors, board evaluation consultant, and audit committee.

Other agenda items include the re-election of directors, authorisation of the board to determine the remuneration of external auditors, disclosure of remuneration of the company’s managers, and the election of members of the statutory audit committee.
