The Ja’afar Adayyar Humanitarian and Charity Foundation, a registered Shi’a cultural and religious organisation based in Kaduna State, Northern Nigeria, has reiterated its commitment to nation-building, patriotism, fairness, and the rule of law.
The foundation, in a statement made available to Journalists in Kaduna and signed by Sheikh Abu Ahmad Bin Sa’id Leader and Chief Imam, Ja’afar Adayyar Jumu’ah Mosque, Kaduna, said, “We strongly condemn oppression, violence, and terrorism in all forms. In light of recent events, we distance ourselves from the comments made by Mrs. Zinat Zakzaky, wife of the IMN leader, during the International Mu’tamar Conference in Kano on April 11, 2025, regarding the Zaria massacre.
“We urge the constituted authorities to engage in mutual dialogue with the leadership of IMN to find a lasting solution to avert further face-offs during their rallies and demonstrations in some Northern cities”.
According to the foundation, its primary objectives are propagating the actual Islamic teachings of Ahlulbayt (A.S.), advocating peaceful coexistence among multicultural societies with diverse religious faiths, and providing rapid response to social safety through interventions and relief to the needy and vulnerable.
They prayed to Allah to guide Nigeria’s leaders in discharging their responsibilities with fairness and justice and bless our nation abundantly.
