The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State, Tijjani Ahmed Galadima, has commended Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for his role in ensuring the peaceful and credible conduct of the party’s governorship primary election in the state.

Galadima gave the commendation during a visit to the governor at the Government House, Yola, shortly after emerging as the APC governorship candidate for the 2027 general elections.

He expressed appreciation to Governor Fintiri for providing support and leadership that, according to him, contributed to the successful conduct of the exercise.

The APC governorship candidate also praised the governor for what he described as a solid developmental foundation laid across Adamawa State, particularly in infrastructure and other key sectors.

Galadima pledged to build on the achievements of the present administration if elected governor in 2027.

Responding, Governor Fintiri congratulated Galadima on his emergence and assured him of support ahead of the general elections.

“We accepted your candidacy, and we will deliver you,” the governor said.

Fintiri further said his administration had transformed Adamawa State through massive infrastructural development and people-oriented projects, adding that such progress had created a strong foundation for continuity and sustainable development.
