One of the holy books reckoned that “he that gives to the poor, lendeth unto the Lord.” However, it is still an uncommon practice among the faithful, especially the rich.
Giving to those in need and showing compassion to the less fortunate ones is not a thing for most people who live in affluence in this part of the world.
This fact reminds one that we must consistently celebrate those in that category be mindful of the ones who didn’t get a smile from the bright side of life. Hence, Blord Group chairman, Linus Williams Ifejika, who is popularly referred to as Blord, is one of the few who regularly remember the under-privileged and orphanage homes.
Linus Williams Ifejika recently visited the Tender Love Community Children’s Home in Ifite, Awka, Anambra State, and donated some food items and huge cash for the welfare of the kids.
“Giving charity to the less fortunate gives me a sense of satisfaction. Many assume that to be a philanthropist, one needs to be extraordinarily wealthy and have excess wealth to give away charity. However, it is a misconception, and it is the art of giving that is important.
“Anyone can help society in whichever way they can,” Blord stated when asked of the inspiration behind his act of kindness.
The Anambra-based businessman and entrepreneur sits as the head of his conglomerate, which comprises a bitcoin trading company, Blord Luxury Store, BLord Autos, and a property outfit – all popular brands dominating the sector they each belong.
The Blord Group chairman has never hidden the secrets to his success. According to him, doggedness, hardwork, focus and discipline are some of the factors that have kept him on track as a businessman.
