According to Globacom, active Glo customers will select their preferred data roaming bundle by dialling *312# and then pick Option 5. It explained further they can dial the code to purchase a pack either in Nigeria or when they arrive at their travel destination, adding that the roaming service is automatically activated on prepaid lines, while postpaid customers will need to activate the service before subscribing to any bundle of their choice. Glo added that the validity will not begin until when the user lands in the destination country and starts browsing.

The company also stated that recommended networks are listed on the network’s website and subscribers must connect to one of them. It explained that selecting a different network would see them being charged on Pay-As-You-Go rates as applicable, adding that regular consumption messages will be sent to customers who subscribe to any bundle to enable them to monitor their consumption and depletion of the data they purchase.
