A group known as Tinubu Shettima Renewed Hope Agenda Promoters and Ambassadors (TS-RHAPA) has applauded the power-character of President Tinubu in presenting his first batch of the ministerial list to the senate.

The national coordinator and former FCT coordinator, Tinubu Shettima Grassroots Independent Campaign Council, AmbW Ayuba Jacob Ngbako, in a press statement issued yesterday in Abuja, said that the caliber of names on the lists has proven that President Tinubu with his incoming cabinet is ready to move Nigeria to greater heights.

Ngbako who is the former FCT coordinator for Grassroots Independent Campaign Council (GICC) said that if the people on the list were assigned to ministries they are conversant with, they would perform very well to move the country forward because most of the nominees have done well in their respective states.

He said that although they are happy that President Tinubu has finally unveiled 28 names of his proposed cabinet, the indigenous people of the FCT are still expectant that one among them would be nominated for a ministerial position in the second batch.

“We are glad that this administration is ready to kick the ball rolling and ensure that ministers are appointed as soon as possible to oversee the affairs of ministries in the country and to ensure that the economy picks up as quickly as possible. We are convinced that the people selected by President Bola Tinunbu will make that work.

“However,  we are patiently waiting with high expectations for the second batch of the ministerial list, that at last,  one from among the natives of the FCT would be selected for a ministerial position.  We believe that President Tinubu will write his name in Gold in the history of Nigeria when that is done,” he said.

Ngbako also appealed to the National Assembly to expedite action in screening the ministerial nominees, so that business of moving Nigeria forward would commence in earnest, that Nigerians are waiting to see the promise of renewed hope.

He also advised President Tinubu to choose among the FCT indigenes that has competent character to work with his administration to move FCT forward and Nigeria at large.
