Group Celebrates Unity, Women’s Empowerment Through Music

Team Definition, Nigeria’s acclaimed four-member Anthemist vocal group, has delivered a stirring rendition of the National Anthem at the National Women Mega Empowerment and Rally 2026, themed “The Power of 10 Million.”

The event held at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja, attracted thousands of women from across the country, demonstrating unity, empowerment, and civic engagement.

Organised by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, the rally focused on promoting conversations around women’s empowerment, leadership inclusion, economic participation and political engagement.

The event also drew national attention, with the presence of the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, underscoring the federal government’s commitment to advancing women’s role in nation-building.

Team Definition’s performance emerged as one of the emotional highlights of the rally, as the group delivered a soulful interpretation of the National Anthem marked by rich harmonies, multilingual expression and live instrumentation.

Known for blending inspirational music with cultural depth, the group’s rendition resonated strongly with participants and reflected the solemnity and significance of the occasion.

Speaking after the performance, the group expressed appreciation for the opportunity to contribute to what it described as a landmark national gathering.
