Head Of Service Assures On Workers’ Well-being

The Head of Service of the Federation has reaffirmed the federal government’s commitment to the well-being of civil servants.

The permanent secretary, Service Welfare Office in the Office of the Head of the Civil Service, Mr Mahmud Kambari, made this known at a seminal on optimising health and wellness for improved productivity in Abuja.

Kambari said the commitment of the Head of Service to the well-being of the workforce was not a mere policy statement but a moral obligation.

According to him, under the leadership of the Head of Service, they have witnessed the establishment of employee wellness centre among othaer initiatives dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of civil servants.
