Nasarawa State governor Abdullahi Sule has said President Bola Tinubu’s economic and other reforms aided his administration’s ongoing transformation.
According to him, Tinubu’s policies have laid a strong foundation for long-term economic growth and stability, which is benefiting the states.
He disclosed this during the two-year impact assessment of his 2nd term administration, organised by a Sule Gidan-Gida support group in Lafia.
He said the administration has been able to embark on various development projects without resorting to borrowing because of Tinubu’s reforms.
He commended Tinubu for the improved revenue accruing to the state from internally generated revenue and the monthly subvention.
Also speaking at the event, the Deputy Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Akabe, lauded Governor Sule for his vision, which led to the discovery of Lithium, which has attracted the attention of major electric car manufacturers.
He said that with the level of investment in the mineral, the state is on the path to becoming the country’s first producer of electric cars.

He said the governor’s prudence and integrity in managing state resources were responsible for the state’s massive transformation.
She noted further that Governor Sule has made his mark in the state, and she is proud to celebrate his achievements.
