The Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM) has honoured Titilola Shawana, executive director of Operations at Olu Tee Engineering, Houston, United States, for her exceptional contributions to the oil and gas sector, particularly in advancing environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.

The innovative assessment tool, according to IPBIM, helps oil and gas companies identify critical environmental gaps, evaluate compliance risks, and enhance their
sustainability efforts.

“Moreover, your leadership in executing large-scale projects with multinational corporations like Chevron Nigeria Limited, Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), and Southern Gas Contractors has resulted in substantial improvements in waste management, environmental compliance and operational efficiency notably under direction: operational costs were reduced by 25%, and project efficiency increased by 30% through strategic process optimization,” Daniels added.
With Shawana’s innovative tool, Daniels disclosed that environmental impacts were reduced by 50% on Chevron-sponsored projects through comprehensive waste management strategies.And she successfully managed contracts valued at over $50 million, demonstrating exceptional project management and business acumen.
