Kwoi Road Projects Reach 92% Completion — KADRA

The Kaduna Roads Agency (KADRA) has announced that asphalt works on the Kwoi Road projects in Jaba local government area of Kaduna State have reached an advanced stage, with the project now at 92 per cent completion.

The agency said the projects which are being executed under the administration of Governor Uba Sani, was on track for completion before the end of April, in line with the timeline given to the contractor, PW Nigeria Ltd.

Recall that Governor Sani had performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the projects on September 11, 2025, where he charged the contractor to ensure quality delivery within the stipulated timeframe.

The roads under construction include Audu Tilo Road, Sabon Gari Road, Dr. Sani Road, Hospital Road, and Emir Road, all in Kwoi.

The state government noted that Jaba Local Government Area was among the 12 LGAs that had not recorded any completed road project in the past 12 years, adding that the ongoing intervention was changing the narrative.

According to the government, the projects were expected to improve mobility, stimulate economic activities, and enhance the quality of life for residents upon completion.
