Farida’s teacher had to go. this should be a lesson. For that number of complaints from parent, the principal could not risk soiling the name of the school. However, that’s not the only ethical issue happening in schools. For one, I heard from a friend of mine of a school in a village where the teachers make the students work for them during school hours, for example run errands etc.

This is not right. Most would complain that they are not earning enough, but that does not excuse exploiting the students under your care or making their parents do your job. You find other instances of teachers whose English often gets corrected by their students, that is to say, while we have some unusually brilliant students out there, in some cases, for some teachers they simply do not have the qualifications to teach but yet are employed for just that. all of these things should be checked because it affects productive service.

And remember, they are in care of your children. Who these teachers are should matter a lot! I am also going to say, kudos to all the fantastic teachers out there working hard so they can impact knowledge to the students in their care. Do not stop the good work!
