Portugal midfielder João Neves has returned to the Paris Saint-Germain squad for the holders’ away fixture against Barcelona in the Champions League, the Ligue 1 club confirmed on Tuesday.
Neves had been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury during PSG’s 4-0 thrashing of Atalanta in their opening European match two weeks ago.
Fellow Portuguese midfielder Vitinha has also been included in the squad after being substituted in the first half of the Ligue 1 champions’ match against AJ Auxerre last Saturday.
Georgian forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who sustained a thigh injury, will not feature in the squad for Wednesday’s game.
Centre-back Marquinhos, along with forwards Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué, will also miss out due to injury.
